Help and support is available to the university community in the following areas.
- IT Support - Support services to students is available via the IT help desk. The service is available to staff and students. The office is located next to the USC Fitness Lab and is open for walk-in visits. Visitorsto the USC requiring IT support are advised to contact the IT department.
- Computer lab support - Students can access in-lab support within the computer labs. Services include, registration support, student account recovery, printing services issues resolution and others.
- Email - Access to University email via any standard mail program, mobile devices, or via a web browser.
- Website development - Website develpment is now fully streamlined and is provided within several existing subdomains. The university does not develop content but creating pages for university entities is quite simple. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org as required.

Student Managment system - Aeorion is the University’s Student Information System, that apart from various uses, functions in the students’ point for course registration and record management. While Aeorion has support for instructional activities, it is not our official Learning Managment System (LMS).
Learning management system - Moodle is the official LMS for the University of the Southern Caribbean. All learning activities and instructions for blended and online courses will take place on this forum. Moodle is USC’s LMS where all blended and online courses exist and function.
